Do you mail your care packages to jails or prisons?

Unfortunately, we do not mail packages to jails, prisons, detainment centers or correctional facilities of any kind due to their strict policies.

Do you mail your care packages outside of the United States?

No, at this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

When ordering, am I required to provide an E-mail address?

While not required, your e-mail address will be beneficial if we need to contact you regarding your order and also to have USPS delivery confirmation sent to you. Rest assured, we will NEVER rent, sell or spam your e-mail address.

How is my box going to be sent?

Our standard policy is to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail.  Orders of multiple boxes being shipped to a single address may be shipped via UPS unless requested otherwise by the customer at the time of order.

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays, during holidays, or over the weekend, will be shipped the next business day.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time is typically 2-3 postal days.

Do you provide tracking information?

If a customer provides a valid e-mail address, USPS does send an e-mail with delivery confirmation when the package is delivered.  

Will prices be displayed anywhere for the recipient to see? 

No, there are no prices anywhere on or within the box that would reveal to the recipient what you paid for their gift.

Do you do bulk orders? 

Yes!  We've done custom box orders for corporations looking for conference goody boxes, morale booster/thank you boxes and others.  Just send us a message letting us know what you have in mind and we'll be in contact to discuss options.
