Shipping Information
All of our gift boxes are mailed Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service at the flat rate of $5.99 per pre-made box and $7.99 if you choose to build your own. Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. Orders received before 2pm Central Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day they are received. Orders received after 2pm Central Time on Fridays, during holidays, or over the weekend, will be shipped the next business day.
Orders of multiple boxes being shipped to a single address may be shipped via UPS unless requested otherwise by customer at the time of order.
Please note: We DO NOT ship to jails, prisons, correctional facilities or detention centers of any kind, due to their policies.
Boxes returned due to being unclaimed, refused or because of an incorrect/invalid address as well as those refused from a correctional facility of any kind will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. If the address error is determined to be on our end, this fee will be waived.
Returns
If you or your recipient are not happy with your gift box, please return the box with all of its contents within 15 days of receipt, along with a note telling us why you are returning the gift box and we will promptly issue you a full refund, less shipping. Returns should be mailed to:
