Do you mail your care packages to jails?
Unfortunately, we do not mail packages to jails, prisons, detainment centers or correctional facilities of any kind due to their strict policies.
Do you mail your care packages outside of the United States?
No, at this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
When ordering, am I required to provide an E-mail address?
While not required, your E-mail address will be beneficial if we need to contact you regarding your order. Rest assured, we will NEVER rent, sell or spam your E-mail address.
How is my box going to be sent?
Our standard policy is to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders of multiple boxes being shipped to a single address may be shipped via UPS unless requested otherwise by customer at the time of order.
When will my order ship?
Orders received before 2pm Central Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day they are received. Orders received after 2pm Central Time on Fridays, during holidays, or over the weekend, will be shipped the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is typically 2-3 postal days.
Do you provide tracking information?
While we do not provide tracking information, USPS does provide us with delivery confirmation on each package that we monitor closely.
